Delivery times

All cards are sent via Australia Post.  Normally we mail your card within 48 hours of receiving your order.  You will receive a confirmation email that your card is being sent.  However, we cannot be responsible for late or missing items in the postal system.  Please allow sufficient time for your card to arrive on time.

Estimated Delivery Times (from when we mail your card):

To addresses Within Australia - 1 to 4 working days
To addresses Outside of Australia - 3 to 10 working days
*Please allow an additional 2 days for us to prepare and post your card.

Message Content

Greeting cards are meant to bring joy to the recipient.  We will not accept slanderous or nasty messages.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order for any card if we deem it to be unsuitable.
